Join Hauser & Wirth for a visit to Frank Bowling’s studio, guided by his son Ben Bowling, at Pullens Yards, Peacock Yard, London SE17 3LH.
For over six decades, Frank Bowling has relentlessly pursued a practice which boldly expands the possibilities and properties of paint. Drawing on both the English landscape tradition and American abstraction Bowling ceaselessly experiments by pouring, dripping and throwing paint; stitching, collaging, and embedding found objects in his canvases.
