Join Studio/Chapple for a performance by Samir Laghouati-Rashwan, presented in conjunction with his exhibition 'I would prefer not to'.

The show concludes a year-long research period carried out in Houston during the artist's residency at Villa Albertine. His research, Slowness as a resistance, which drives the exhibition, considers slowness as a potential form of resistance to hyper-productivity and capitalist dynamics through the slab car community and DJ Screw's sound practice in Houston.
