Hannah Barry Gallery

Hannah Barry Gallery is a London-based contemporary art gallery. Established in 2007, the gallery evolved from a series of temporary exhibitions in South London before settling permanently in Peckham. The gallery organises four solo exhibitions annually, alongside biannual group shows that bring together non-represented artists to explore themes of artistic interest. In addition to the exhibitions, we publish books and produce long-term collaborative projects and performances worldwide. In 2007, we founded Bold Tendencies, a not-for-profit organization that supports both emerging and established international artists. It delivers an annual programme of visual arts, creative learning, and live events, transforming a disused city building into a much-loved place of culture and assembly. Furthermore, we support several London institutions and initiatives, including Goldsmiths CCA, National Gallery, Serpentine, ICA, and Artangel, and are active participants in London Gallery Weekend.
