Maureen Paley: Studio M

Maureen Paley is a long established art gallery and was amongst the first to present contemporary art in London’s East End. The gallery has been a pioneer of the current art scene, promoting a diverse range of established and emerging international artists. The gallery programme began in 1984 in a Victorian terraced house in London’s East End. It moved to larger expanded premises nearby in 1999 until present day. In July 2017 Maureen Paley opened a space in Hove called Morena di Luna, followed by Studio M in October 2020 located in Rochelle School, Shoreditch. From its inception the gallery’s aim has remained consistent: to promote great and innovative artists in all media.
