This tour takes us to a vibrant cluster of contemporary spaces just off Bethnal Green.

Our first stop is Project Native Informant where we can see new paintings by London-based Korean artist Anna Jung Seo. Next door, Stephen Wong Chun Hei’s draws on the experience of workers in heavy industry and the relationship between body and material for his sculptural works, presented by  mother’s tankstation.

One door down, Project Native Informant’s second space showcases new monoprints by London-based artist Sean Steadman.

Down the road, we catch Kayode Ojo’s first solo exhibition at Maureen Paley, where his sculptures reveal how items can confer social status upon their owner, examining the artifice of taste and the aspirations associated with it.

Across the road, artist Michael Dean immerses us in a reinterpretation of the board game ‘Snakes and Ladders’,  inviting us to become protagonists of the game within the walls of Herald St.

Our final stop, just a few steps away, is Rose Easton for Amanda Moström’s exhibition ‘Douglas’.
