The personal data we collect includes:

  • Information related to your interest in, and attendance of London Gallery Weekend and our events

  • Information you give to us in person at London Gallery Weekend or our events

  • Information you give to one of our of our events at one of our venues

  • Only if required, your payment details and financial data i.e. your bank name, account number and sort code, if we need to make a payment to you

We work closely with third parties (technical service providers, ticketing providers, advertising networks) and may receive information about you from them. In some cases, third parties also provide us with information that help us keep track of bookings, address technical or logistical issues, prevent fraud, or keep our community safe from security threats.

  • Event Partners and Sponsors, including Galleries that participate in London Gallery Weekend who we work with to host or co-host our events

  • Media and Digital Content partners, who we partner with to share content

  • Event booking providers who issue tickets and passes our events

  • Venues which host our events and provide marketing related to our events

 

We may also receive and display information and content which you make publicly available on your social media account, such as when you post using one of our hashtags.

  • Provide you with information about London Gallery Weekend

  • Communicate with you about specific events or initiatives which may interest you

  • Provide you with information about one of our Partners or their events

 

4. Contact and interaction with you

 

If you sign up to our newsletter, complete a form on our website, attend London Gallery Weekend or one of our events, you are giving us permission to store data about you and interact with you to provide the information you requested. Contact can take place over the phone, email or through social media.

 

You can opt out at any time by either using an unsubscribe link or by replying to one of our emails with the word ‘DECLINE’.  We will action any opt out request from you with immediate effect.
